Multiple Family Lawyer Positions available – $85,000 – $200,000+ Salary Range

Due to growth in our team and parenting leave, BGM Family Lawyers is seeking experienced and passionate Family Lawyers to join our dynamic team. These are full time, ongoing positions and not parental leave placements.

We work across all areas of Family Law, including mediation, arbitration and collaborative divorce.

What This Role Offers

A variety of responsibilities including:

• Complex Family Law matters including property settlements, parenting disputes, and divorce.
• Representing clients in court with confidence and clarity, handling all aspects of litigation from case preparation through to advocacy (or in the case of an earlier career lawyer, assisting on all aspects of the litigation).
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring their interests are effectively communicated and protected.
• Managing your caseload, with the support of our experienced Directors, Lawyers and Support team.
• Building strong client relationships by offering personalised and empathetic legal support.
