Education
- Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Griffith University
- Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice, Griffith University
I’m a Family Lawyer with a double degree in Law (Honours) and Criminology and Criminal Justice from Griffith University. Since beginning my legal career in 2022, I’ve gained invaluable experience across multiple areas of law, including Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury and Family Law, which has shaped my practical, client-focused approach.
Before my admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland in September 2024, I worked as a Legal Admin and Law Clerk—experience that gave me early insight into the legal system and the real-world needs of clients. Following admission, I practised in a boutique litigation firm, dealing with matters involving bankruptcy, body corporate disputes, contract breaches, uninsured defendant personal injury work, consumer law and employment related disputes. This period sharpened my advocacy and legal strategy skills, but ultimately reaffirmed my passion for Family Law.
I returned to Family Law to pursue what truly drives me—helping people through some of the most challenging times in their lives. I’m deeply committed to guiding clients through the complexities of parenting and property matters with empathy, clarity, and practical legal advice. Having seen firsthand the emotional toll these matters can take, I strive to ensure every client feels heard, supported, and empowered.
At BGM Family Lawyers, I’m proud to work in a team that shares a client-first philosophy. My focus is always on achieving fair, meaningful outcomes while making the process as smooth and transparent as possible for those I represent.
Outside of the office, I maintain a balanced and active lifestyle. I’m a certified Les Mills BodyPump instructor, enjoy boating on the Gold Coast waterways with my partner and his kids, and am always finding ways to stay active and engaged beyond the desk.
